You choose the country, and it is a named one
When you sign up you pick the country it runs in, and every answer carries the country that answered it, so the claim can be checked rather than taken on trust. One option in the product's list has no published country and is shown that way; an owner who needs a named country in writing does not pick it. The choice does not change unless you change it.
Your documents stay where they are
Your files stay in Google Drive, which is the source connected today. Connecting it does not move them anywhere else, and SharePoint is the source being added next.
Three roles, and one account to close
Everybody in the business works under the company’s account. Each person has one of three roles, which is how you decide who gets what. When somebody leaves, you close one account and their access goes with it — which is the part that is impossible when everybody is on their own login.
There is a record of what was asked and answered
You can search it. Most owners never need it, and the ones who do need it need it on a specific day for a specific reason.
Your questions run through us, and we say so plainly
Deciding who is allowed to use AI, holding a budget and keeping a record are only possible for questions that pass through us, and they do. Anybody who tells you their product does those things without ever seeing your questions is telling you something that cannot be true.
